Tips On Using Fund Performance Charts
1. Funds should be evaluated over a medium- to long-term period of at least 3 - 5 years.
2. The commencement date of a fund is the last day of its initial offer period. The fund
commenced its investment activities on the next business day after commencement date.
3. The performance of funds with different objectives/categories are not comparable
with each other. (e.g. equity funds vs bond funds)
4. The performance of funds which are launched in different periods are not comparable
with each other. (e.g. funds launched in 2007 vs funds launched in 2008)
