To open an account, click on the New Investor Form and complete your personal particulars.
 
   
1. Print out a copy of your completed New Investor Form.
 
   
2. Submit the New Investor Form personally at Public Mutual Head Office or any branches with a photocopy of your NRIC and sign the form in front of our staff.
At this stage, you could request for a unit trust consultant to service you.
 
   
3. Once your New Investor Form is accepted and processed by us, you can start investing with Public Mutual.
 
   
4. To start your investment, you need to complete an investment application form and bank in the investment with your payment at any Public Bank branches. The minimum amount for initial investment is RM 1,000. All cheques must be made payable to Public Mutual Berhad followed by your NRIC No.
