Terms and Conditions

1. The PMO campaign is open to all new and existing users of Public Mutual Online (PMO) from 1 September 2009 to 8 November 2009.
2. There are 3 prizes to be won each week for 10 weeks.
3. The PMO users must have successfully completed the transaction to be eligible for the prize draw.
4. Mutual Gold Members will be entitled to 2 draws for every successful initial/additional investment made.
5. Each PMO user is entitled to win 1 prize for the duration of the campaign.
6. Accounts of staff pink and agent pink are not eligible for the prize draw.
7. Winners will be randomly picked from all successful transactions received within each week.
8. All decisions made by Public Mutual are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
9. The prizes are non-refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.
10. Public Mutual gives no representation and warranty with respect to the prizes.
11. Public Mutual shall not be held responsible for any injury, death or accident arising from the use of the prizes.
12. Winners will be notified through mail and their names posted on our website.
13. Public Mutual reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another item of similar value.
14. Public Mutual reserves the right to publish or display the photographs/names of winners for advertising and publicity purposes.
