Terms & Conditions*:

1. The Contest
1.1 The Contest runs from 15 to 30 May 2025.
1.2 Public Mutual may extend the Contest Period without prior notice.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to Malaysian citizens and residents with a valid MyKad/MyPR aged 18 – 39.
2.2 Public Mutual’s employees and their family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3 Participants must follow @publicmutualmy on Instagram.

3. Campaign Mechanism
3.1 Eligible individuals may enter the Contest.
3.2 Contest mechanics:

• Participants must follow @publicmutualmy and tag 2 friends in the comments. All tagged friends must also follow @publicmutualmy.
• Participants can comment multiple times with different friends (each winner can win only once).
• Participants are to submit their personal info via the link in the Contest’s post.
• Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  
  
  

4. Winner Selection
4.1 Winners will be randomly selected.
4.2 Winners will be announced on social media or contacted directly.
4.3 Winners must provide personal details within 10 business days for prize delivery.
4.4 Public Mutual is not liable for uncontactable winners.
4.5 All decisions are final; no appeals will be entertained.

5. Prizes
5.1 Prizes: Five (5) x RM80 Grab vouchers.
5.2 Each winner may win only one voucher.
5.3 Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
5.4 Public Mutual may substitute prizes without notice.
5.5 Vouchers will be sent to the winners’ email or correspondence address.
5.6 Public Mutual is not liable for losses or injuries related to usage of the prize.

6. General Terms
6.1 Public Mutual reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest.
6.2 Winners must allow Public Mutual to use their names and images for promotional purposes.
6.3 Participation implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
6.4 Participants consent to the privacy policy available at www.publicmutual.com.my.
6.5 Participants indemnify Public Mutual against any losses related to the Contest.
