How do I register for Public Mutual Online Services?

  1. It is easy to register for our online service:

    • Apply online via Public Mutual website (for PMO Full Service)
       
    • You can submit your PMO Services Application Form at any Public Mutual branch/Customer Service Centre or Public Bank branch. You may also submit via your Unit Trust Consultant.
       
    • Apply online via Public Mutual Smart Kiosk at our Customer Service Centre in 1 Utama Shopping Centre (Petaling Jaya) or selected branches.
       
    • Apply online via PBeBank.com (for PBe registered users)
       
    • Apply via PBB ATM (for Public Bank ATM Cardholders)

  2. For Applications via Public Mutual branches / Service Centres, you will immediately receive the docket mailer with temporary User ID and Password. For Applications through Public Bank and Unit Trust Consultants, the docket mailer will be sent to your mailing address. The User ID and Password will enable you to access publicmutualonline.com.my.
     
  3. You should log in to Public Mutual Online (PMO) to change the temporary User ID and Password sent to you in the docket mailer as soon as possible.
     
  4. Once you have changed the User ID and Password, you may login to PMO to make investment and transaction requests and enquire on your account information.
