Senior Technical Support Engineer - System Operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Backup & Archival operation and team.
• Design, recommend, plan and deploying IT infrastructure.
• Formulating policy and procedure.
• Improve operation process.
• Resolving technical issue

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Technical knowledge in backup or archival and OS like Windows or Linux.
• 5 years hands-on working experience in backups or disaster recovery or supporting infrastructure.
• Experience in supervising team members.
• Able to work after normal working hours or weekends when required.
