Deputy Manager - Commission, Incentive & Benefit Scheme (CIBS)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee overall sales commissions reconciliation and reimbursements to Unit Trust Consultants (UTCs).
  • Review and approve new applications for loan subsidy schemes.
  • Verify and ensure that the data in commission and tax-related documents are accurate and consistent.
  • Review insurance claim documents and ensure that free insurance premium payments are accurate.
  • Review and renew insurance policies in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in handling agent commissions is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem solving. Able to evaluate logical connections between data and reports.
  • A proactive and meticulous team leader with strong organisational and report writing abilities.
