Customer Service Executive


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests via telephone and walk-in.
  • Provide prompt and effective follow-up to resolve customer issues and enquiries.
  • Manage enquiries, requests, and reporting efficiently in accordance with Company policies and service standards.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Degree/ Diploma holders with at least 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and good documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
