Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and requests via telephone and walk-in.
- Provide prompt and effective follow-up to resolve customer issues and enquiries.
- Manage enquiries, requests, and reporting efficiently in accordance with Company policies and service standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Degree/ Diploma holders with at least 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and good documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
