Mutual Gold Executive

Responsibilities

  • To handle customers’ enquiries and requests
  • Prompt follow through to resolve customers’ enquiries
  • To coordinate and liaise with other departments and suppliers for Mutual Gold events
  • To plan, organize and execute business plans and work assignments of Mutual Gold Centre

Requirements:


  • Degree/Diploma holders with 1 year working experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environment
  • Possesses good problem solving skills
  • Service oriented and excellent communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
