Team Lead - UI/UX
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for Public Mutual’s digital platforms, including online and mobile applications.
- Apply user research and data insights to create effective, user-centered designs that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals and ensure smooth implementation.
- Continuously test, analyse, and improve designs to ensure efficiency, accessibility, and an excellent user experience.
- Lead User Experience (UX) research and usability testing to gather feedback and drive data-informed design enhancements.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and design best practices for web and mobile.
- Solid project management skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
- Familiarity with financial industry standards and compliance is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
