Executive
Responsibilities
- To ensure accurate and timely processing of customer applications
- To liaise with banks on operational matters as and when required
- To collaborate with IT Department and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on system enhancements
- To revise and update operational manuals as and when required
- To handle enquiries on operational matters and resolve cases within timeline
- Degree in any discipline
- Working experience in customer administration would be an added advantage
- Meticulous and possess strong administrative skills
- Good working attitude and interpersonal skills
- Good written & communication skills in English
