Executive


Responsibilities

  • To ensure accurate and timely processing of customer applications
  • To liaise with banks on operational matters as and when required
  • To collaborate with IT Department and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on system enhancements
  • To revise and update operational manuals as and when required
  • To handle enquiries on operational matters and resolve cases within timeline

Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Working experience in customer administration would be an added advantage
  • Meticulous and possess strong administrative skills
  • Good working attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Good written & communication skills in English
