Executive
- Responsible for the effective delivery of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, manpower planning, performance management, employee relation
- Involved in talent acquisition and recruitment process
- Assist in employee relation matters, including staff misconduct and grievance
- Prepare and consolidation of relevant reports
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR related policies and procedures
- Degree in any discipline
- 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource and administration
- Self-motivated with effective planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self starter, independent, meticulous and a fast learner
