Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the effective delivery of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, manpower planning, performance management, employee relation
  • Involved in talent acquisition and recruitment process
  • Assist in employee relation matters, including staff misconduct and grievance 
  • Prepare and consolidation of relevant reports
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR related policies and procedures
Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource and administration
  • Self-motivated with effective planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self starter, independent, meticulous and a fast learner
