Senior Technical Support Engineer - OS & App Security

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily maintenance and operations.
• Analyse system logs to identify potential security breach.
• Recommend and implement data protection solutions according to security requirements.
• Implement preventative measures to minimize security threats and cyber-attacks.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 3 -5 years in technical support / security roles.
• Proficient in OS security (Microsoft / Linux), application / network security, data protection and security tools.
• Strong communication, attention to details, proactive, and committed to ongoing cybersecurity logs.
