IT Project Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage System Change Requests (SCR) and Service Requests (SR), including feasibility, risk, cost, and priority assessment.
  • Work with business users and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare and review project documentation such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), test plans, and related system documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage issues and risks, and escalate with mitigation plans.
  • Ensure IT risk assessment, penetration testing, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Prepare project status updates, regulatory submissions, and audit related documentation.
  • Support project closure activities including post implementation review and lesson learnt.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or application support.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
  • Familiar with .NET, web applications, SQL Server, and Oracle databases. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Project management or Agile certification is an added advantage.
