IT Project Management Lead
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, management, implementation, and delivery from the initial to the completion stage.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage service and system enhancement requests as well as project initiatives.
- Control project scope, timeline, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks, including mitigation planning.
- Track project performance to ensure achievement of short and long-term goals.
- Present regular project updates and status reports to management.
- Lead and manage a project team, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management or any relevant degree.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant project management experience in financial institution.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex environment.
