IT Project Management Lead

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, management, implementation, and delivery from the initial to the completion stage.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage service and system enhancement requests as well as project initiatives.
  • Control project scope, timeline, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify and manage project risks, including mitigation planning.
  • Track project performance to ensure achievement of short and long-term goals.
  • Present regular project updates and status reports to management.
  • Lead and manage a project team, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management or any relevant degree.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant project management experience in financial institution.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex environment.
