Manager - IT Helpdesk

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT Helpdesk and PC Support team to deliver timely and effective end user support.
  • Oversee IT Helpdesk operations, including ticket management, task allocation, and service performance against KPIs.
  • Ensure end user devices and support services comply with company policies and security standards.
  • Manage end user computing assets, covering procurement, inventory, licensing, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Oversee support for in house applications to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers for hardware, software and office automation solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT Helpdesk policies, procedures, documentation, and performance reporting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of IT Helpdesk or End User Computing experience, including people management.
  • Strong experience in IT service delivery, SLA, and KPI management.
  • Solid knowledge of end user computing, IT security, asset management, and compliance.
  • Proven ability in vendor and contract management.
  • Good leadership, communication, and stakeholders' management skills.
