Corporate Solutions Trainer

Responsibilities

  • Support the agency corporate sales team in daily sales operations and business development initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate briefings, roadshows, meetings, and agency events.
  • Build strong relationships with agency distribution channels through branch activities, sales previews, leaders' meetings, and joint fieldwork.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate sales cases and operational matters.
  • Conduct product training on Unit Trust and Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) and provide ongoing sales support and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interest in presentations, training, and people development.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
  • Willing to travel nationwide and possess own transport.
  • Candidate with CFP qualification or FIMM/PRS licenses will be an added advantage.
