Corporate Solutions Trainer
Responsibilities
- Support the agency corporate sales team in daily sales operations and business development initiatives.
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate briefings, roadshows, meetings, and agency events.
- Build strong relationships with agency distribution channels through branch activities, sales previews, leaders' meetings, and joint fieldwork.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate sales cases and operational matters.
- Conduct product training on Unit Trust and Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) and provide ongoing sales support and mentorship.
- Degree in any discipline.
- Strong interest in presentations, training, and people development.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
- Willing to travel nationwide and possess own transport.
- Candidate with CFP qualification or FIMM/PRS licenses will be an added advantage.
