Manager
Responsibilities
- To lead and supervise the business development activities for Corporate Unit Trust (UT)/ Corporate Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) Sales, in particular to open up business opportunities for the corporate market through both the Agency and Institutional Unit Trust Adviser (IUTA) distribution channels.
- To manage the smooth running of the Corporate Sales Helpdesk in providing corporate sales presentation/ joint fieldwork support for the distribution channels and to conduct sales workshops to equip Unit Trust Consultants (UTCs)/ IUTA sales staff with adequate knowledge to close corporate sales.
- To lead and supervise the sales and marketing support for the IUTA distribution channels, including but not limited to arranging new fund briefings, proposing campaigns, participating in Sales Review Meetings, and conducting Branch Visitations nationwide to support and motivate the sales staff.
- To develop slides/ presentation materials and to conduct financial planning/ financial literacy talks for customers/ new prospects.
- To build a healthy working relationship with the IUTA distribution channels and UTCs in order to provide efficient sales and marketing support for Corporate Sales.
- Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance/Investment or other related fields.
- Possess CFP qualification or FIMM / PRS licenses.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years of experience in leading a team in similar industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess strong business acumen with good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel nationwide and possess own transport.
- Able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends as and when required.
