Deputy Head of Learning & Development
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Department in strategic planning and execution.
- Oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of technical, soft skills, leadership and staff training to ensure training effectiveness.
- Drive initiatives to meet the training needs of Unit Trust Consultants and staff.
- Lead, coach and mentor section heads to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor the department's budget to ensure alignment with the Company's financial goals.
- Degree in any field.
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in training & development within the financial industry.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programme. Passionate about people development.
- Experience in leading a team. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
