Deputy Head of Learning & Development

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Department in strategic planning and execution.
  • Oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of technical, soft skills, leadership and staff training to ensure training effectiveness.
  • Drive initiatives to meet the training needs of Unit Trust Consultants and staff.
  • Lead, coach and mentor section heads to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor the department's budget to ensure alignment with the Company's financial goals.

Requirements:
  • Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in training & development within the financial industry.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programme. Passionate about people development.
  • Experience in leading a team. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
