Executive - Training Support


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall administrative duties of the department and provide operational support to internal and external parties.
  • Assist in the ongoing enhancement of projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), etc.
  • Oversee, manage and execute the submission of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and relevant reports for federations and regulators.
  • Produce insightful reports to facilitate strategic business decision-making and drive improvements.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, or a support role, preferably within the financial services or training industry.
  • Familiarity with FIMM system or similar regulatory/industry-specific systems will be an added advantage.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality, accurate work.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
