Legal & Secretariat Department

Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in drafting, reviewing and revising legal related documents
  • To identify, assess and provide legal input for risk mitigation
  • To support litigation process
  • To develop and maintain good rapport with internal & external stakeholders (i.e. legal counsel)
  • To assist and support corporate secretarial duties, i.e. coordination of board and committee meetings, statutory filings, submission of annual returns and other assignments as assigned
  • To keep abreast and provide summaries of the latest legal updates and requirements

Requirements:


  • Degree in Law or equivalent qualification
  • Possess minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department in the asset management industry
  • Skilled in legal administration
  • High integrity, meticulous and organized with commendable interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and company secretariat responsibilities will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with regulations/ guidelines of Securities Commission, EPF, and the legal and regulatory frameworks is an added advantage
