Digital Content & Corporate Comunications Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Drive ongoing engagement with investors, Unit Trust Consultants, and customers to strengthen onboarding, retention, and re-engagement strategies in line with lifecycle marketing goals.
  • Design, execute, and track multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, social media, web, and app platforms.
  • Map and analyse digital journeys to uncover insights and opportunities for stronger connections.
  • Develop compelling and relevant content tailored to different audience segments and lifecycle stages.
  • Leverage analytics to measure post-onboarding engagement, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and maximise impact.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 6 years of proven experience.
  • Strong track record in corporate communications, reputation management, public relations, and social media engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • A creative, adaptable professional with a passion for brand building and a forward-looking mindset to embrace change.
