Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- To stay informed on the laws governing the unit trust industry.
- To conduct research on new funds and distribution channels (both in the domestic and overseas markets).
- To undertake regulatory reporting, preparation of prospectuses, product highlight sheets and fund related submissions according to the Securities Commission (SC) requirements.
- To ensure timely preparation, registration and lodgement of fundsā prospectuses, deeds and product highlight sheets.
- To review website postings and initiate updates on relevant sections with a view to compliance.
- To provide fund information support to frontliners when required.
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in product development and regulatory reporting.
- Candidate with less than 6 years of working experience may be considered for a more junior role.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the industry including SC and EPF guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Detailed and meticulous.
