Executive - Property Admin & Maintenance


Responsibilities

  • To ensure smooth running of the Door Access System, Office Security Alarm System and CCTV System.
  • To monitor Fixed Asset and Branch Tenancy Agreements.
  • To assist in property look out for Head Office and Branches.
  • To ensure smooth running of the Emergency Evacuation Plan at Head Office.
  • To maintain the condition of Company’s vehicle and renewal of road tax & insurance.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience.
  • Possess good writing and analytical skills. 
  • Good coordination skills with internal and external parties.
  • Detailed and meticulous.
