Executive - Property Admin & Maintenance
Responsibilities
- To ensure smooth running of the Door Access System, Office Security Alarm System and CCTV System.
- To monitor Fixed Asset and Branch Tenancy Agreements.
- To assist in property look out for Head Office and Branches.
- To ensure smooth running of the Emergency Evacuation Plan at Head Office.
- To maintain the condition of Company’s vehicle and renewal of road tax & insurance.
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects.
- Degree in any discipline or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Possess good writing and analytical skills.
- Good coordination skills with internal and external parties.
- Detailed and meticulous.
