Executive - Mailing & Dispatch
Responsibilities
- To supervise the operations of all administrative functions within the Mailing & Dispatch Section
- To liaise with internal departments and external parties on any mailing, courier and dispatch related matters
- To lead, guide and be a mentor for assistants, non-clerical staff and team members in order to build and maintain strong working relationships that facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- To prepare and verify monthly management reports by ensuring timely submission for review and approval
- To oversee documentation and payment processes to maintain timeliness and accuracy
- To develop departmental goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and implement strategies to achieve it effectively
- Degree in any discipline or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Possess good writing and analytical skills
- Good coordination skills with internal and external parties
- Detailed and meticulous
