Executive - Mailing & Dispatch


Responsibilities

  • To supervise the operations of all administrative functions within the Mailing & Dispatch Section
  • To liaise with internal departments and external parties on any mailing, courier and dispatch related matters
  • To lead, guide and be a mentor for assistants, non-clerical staff and team members in order to build and maintain strong working relationships that facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • To prepare and verify monthly management reports by ensuring timely submission for review and approval
  • To oversee documentation and payment processes to maintain timeliness and accuracy
  • To develop departmental goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and implement strategies to achieve it effectively

Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline or relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Possess good writing and analytical skills
  • Good coordination skills with internal and external parties
  • Detailed and meticulous
