Technical Assistant - Project Admin


Responsibilities

  • Produce, revise and update all drawings and specifications for construction purposes.
  • Assist in office renovation & maintenance works for head office and branch offices.
  • Attend meetings / briefings / site visits when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and any editing software (Adobe Photoshop / Canva) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Resourceful, meticulous and able to work within tight deadlines.
  • A team player and able to work independently.
