Senior Executive - General Support & Services
Responsibilities
- To execute the overall operations and administration of the General Support & Services Section.
- To ensure the functionality and maintenance of the office equipment and telecommunication systems.
- To prepare monthly reports related to the department.
- To supervise tea ladies cum cleaners and ensure the cleanliness of the Head Office.
- To assist and monitor any maintenance-related issues.
- To provide assistance in coordinating the Company’s events and training.
- Degree in any discipline or relevant field.
- Possess good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- A highly organized person with good time management skills and able to multitask.
- Good analytical skills and attention to details.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
