Assistant Manager - Business Development
Responsibilities
- To attend to all business development matters
- To monitor branches' and agency sales and recruitment performance
- To coordinate business development activities, e.g. promotional activities of branches, agency recruitment previews, agency talks, Recruit-to-Build (R2B) events, etc
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. Experience in event management is an added advantage
- Good presentation skills and strong command in languages
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Able to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
