Assistant Manager - Business Development

Responsibilities

  • To attend to all business development matters
  • To monitor branches' and agency sales and recruitment performance   
  • To coordinate business development activities, e.g. promotional activities of branches, agency recruitment previews, agency talks, Recruit-to-Build (R2B) events, etc
Requirements:
  • Degree or Advanced Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. Experience in event management is an added advantage 
  • Good presentation skills and strong command in languages
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Able to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
