Responsibilities:
- To handle Unit Trust Consultants’ (UTCs’) enquiries
- Prompt resolution of UTCs’ enquiries
- Degree / Diploma holders with 1 year working experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environment
- Good command of English is required
- Possesses good problem solving skills
- Service oriented and excellent communication skills
