Responsibilities:

• To handle Unit Trust Consultants’ (UTCs’) enquiries
• Prompt resolution of UTCs’ enquiries

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holders with 1 year working experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environment
• Good command of English is required
• Possesses good problem solving skills
• Service oriented and excellent communication skills
