Executive - Dispute Resolution
- To handle enquiries and complaints involving the agency force
- To assist in drafting, writing and/or editing memos, reports, proposal papers, etc
- To assist in all administrative matters pertaining to complaints lodged by customers/ investors
- To verify unitholders’ transactions and to investigate if there is any churning of unitholders’ accounts
- Degree in Mass Communication, English Language, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Possesses good writing and analytical skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good coordination skills with internal and external parties
- Detailed and meticulous
