Executive - Dispute Resolution

Responsibilities:

  • To handle enquiries and complaints involving the agency force
  • To assist in drafting, writing and/or editing memos, reports, proposal papers, etc 
  • To assist in all administrative matters pertaining to complaints lodged by customers/ investors
  • To verify unitholders’ transactions and to investigate if there is any churning of unitholders’ accounts
Requirements:

  • Degree in Mass Communication, English Language, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Possesses good writing and analytical skills
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Good coordination skills with internal and external parties
  • Detailed and meticulous
