Senior Executive - Dispute Resolution

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and complaints involving the agency force.
  • Investigate and analyze Unit Trust Consultants' (UTCs') misconduct.
  • Assist in the following : -
  • Draft, write, and/or edit memorandums, reports, proposal papers, etc.
  • Review reports, guidelines, and policies related to UTCs.
  • Compile compliance and risk management reports within timeline given.
  • Administrative matters pertaining to complaints lodged by customers or investors.
Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Mass Communication, English Language, Business Administration, Psychology, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • A good team player who is meticulous, proactive, and detailed.
  • Possess strong analytical and coordination skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates or applicants without relevant experience but with strong academic credentials and a positive work attitude will also be considered.
