Senior Executive - Dispute Resolution
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and complaints involving the agency force.
- Investigate and analyze Unit Trust Consultants' (UTCs') misconduct.
- Assist in the following : -
- Draft, write, and/or edit memorandums, reports, proposal papers, etc.
- Review reports, guidelines, and policies related to UTCs.
- Compile compliance and risk management reports within timeline given.
- Administrative matters pertaining to complaints lodged by customers or investors.
- Degree in Law, Mass Communication, English Language, Business Administration, Psychology, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- A good team player who is meticulous, proactive, and detailed.
- Possess strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fresh graduates or applicants without relevant experience but with strong academic credentials and a positive work attitude will also be considered.
