Executive
Responsibilities:
To ensure accurate and timely processing of customer applications
To liaise with banks on operational matters as and when required
To collaborate with IT Department and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on
system enhancements
To revise and update operational manuals as and when required
To handle enquiries on operational matters and resolve cases within timeline
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Working experience in customer administration would be an added advantage
Meticulous and possess strong administrative skills
Good working attitude and interpersonal skills
Good written & communication skills in English
