Responsibilities:
To ensure smooth running of the Door Access System, Office Security Alarm System and CCTV System
To monitor Fixed Asset and Branch Tenancy Agreements
To assist in property look out for Head Office and Branches
To ensure smooth running of the Emergency Evacuation Plan at Head Office
To maintain the condition of Company’s vehicle and renewal of road tax & insurance
Assist in other adhoc projects
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline or relevant field
Minimum 1 year working experience
Possess good writing and analytical skills
Good coordination skills with internal and external parties
Detailed and meticulous
