Senior Executive - Dispute Resolution
Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and complaints involving the agency force.
Investigate and analyze Unit Trust Consultants' (UTCs') misconduct.
Assist in the following : -
Draft, write, and/or edit memorandums, reports, proposal papers, etc.
Review reports, guidelines, and policies related to UTCs.
Compile compliance and risk management reports within timeline given.
Administrative matters pertaining to complaints lodged by customers or investors.
Requirements:
Degree in Law, Mass Communication, English Language, Business Administration, Psychology, or any relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience.
A good team player who is meticulous, proactive, and detailed.
Possess strong analytical and coordination skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fresh graduates or applicants without relevant experience but with strong academic credentials and a positive work attitude will also be considered.
