Assistant Training Manager/Senior Trainer - Corporate/Agency Training
Responsibilitie
Involve in the strategic planning of courses for all distribution intermediaries
Lead the research, design, development and implementation of training courses
Conduct training to equip all distribution intermediaries with the required
knowledge and skillsets
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of working experience in conducting training
Working experience in stockbroking firm/investment company/asset management
firm or possess qualification of CFP/ChFC/RFP/IFP/CFA would be an advantage
Strong command of English is required
Passionate about training and developing people
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Willing to travel nationwide and possess own transport
Able to work on weekends or evenings when required
