Associate Training Specialist
Responsibilities:
To conduct training within the agency force and other distribution intermediaries in the
areas of motivation, leadership and soft skills
Research, design and develop training courses
Enhance existing training courses
Ensure training objectives are met and achieved
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance/ Investment or other related fields
Working experience in stockbroking firm/ investment company/ asset management firm or possess qualification of CFP/ ChFC/ RFP/ IFP/ CFA would be an advantage
Strong command of English is required
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Willing to travel nationwide and possess own transport
Able to work on weekends or evenings when required
Fresh graduates who are passionate about training and developing people are encourage to apply
