Executive - Dispute Resolution
Responsibilities:
To handle enquiries and complaints involving the agency force
To assist in drafting, writing and/or editing memos, reports, proposal papers, etc
To assist in all administrative matters pertaining to complaints lodged by customers/ investors
To verify unitholders’ transactions and to investigate if there is any churning
of unitholders’ accounts
Requirements:
Degree in Mass Communication, English Language, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field
Minimum 1 year working experience
Possesses good writing and analytical skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Good coordination skills with internal and external parties
Detailed and meticulous
