Responsibilities:
To handle Unit Trust Consultants’ (UTCs’) enquiries
Prompt resolution of UTCs’ enquiries
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holders with 1 year working experience in Call
Centre or Customer Service environment
Good command of English is required
Possesses good problem solving skills
Service oriented and excellent communication skills
