Manager
Responsibilities:
To continuously enhance the customer service standard and customer experience
To ensure prompt resolution of escalated enquiries/ complaints
To maintain and upkeep the service quality rendered to all unitholders with adherence to the
specified turnaround time
To supervise the daily operations of the Customer Service Centre to ensure that walk in
customers are attended to promptly
To ensure enquiries and requests through correspondence. i.e. letters, e-mails and branches
are handled within the service standard
To review monthly reports and other correspondences for timely submission
Requirements:
Degree in any related fields
At least 8 - 10 years of working experience in Customer Service line preferably in the
financial services industry
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team
Possesses good problem solving skills
Excellent communication and English writing skills
Patient and service oriented
