Executive
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the effective delivery of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, manpower planning, performance management, employee relation
Involved in talent acquisition and recruitment process
Assist in employee relation matters, including staff misconduct and grievance
Prepare and consolidation of relevant reports
Assist in the development and implementation of HR related policies and procedures
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource and administration
Self-motivated with effective planning and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self starter, independent, meticulous and a fast learner
