IT Project Analyst
Responsibilities
To work closely with relevant stakeholders to gather and analyse current business processes, resources
and System Change Request (SCR) requirements
To identify and assess business requirements to recommend business priorities, options, risks and costing
To prepare detailed project plans and schedules using project management tools such as Microsoft
Project and Microsoft Excel
To assist in preparation of weekly and monthly project status reports based on Project Governance
processes and relevant reports for internal audit, compliance and regulatory submission
To coordinate and ensure tasks for IT risk assessment and Penetration Test are carried out for critical
projects
To ensure proper project closure including (but not limited to) lessons learnt, evaluations and conducting
face-to-face review with project team on project's performance and update Post Implementation Review
reports
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in IT project management/ software development/ application support
Good working knowledge in Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC), Project Management Body of
Knowledge (PMBOK) processes and system platforms, i.e. MS .Net, .Net framework, .NET Core, web,
application, SQL server and Oracle database would be an added advantage
Familiar with System Documentation such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional
Specification Document (FSD), Test Script/Plan, Data dictionary, ERD, Flowchart, etc.
Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
Good verbal and written English communication
Any project management certification or Agile methodologies is an added advantage
Fresh graduates or applicants without relevant experience but who have strong academic credentials will
also be considered
