Responsibilities:
To establish a full-fledged talent and succession management system to improve the levels of employee engagement, retention and overall productivity
To establish a functional performance management system to ensure continued progress and performance improvement of employees
To seize possible opportunities, development plans and provide employees with a defined career path
To assist in identifying potential talents for succession planning and ensure that the progress of the successors is on track
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in talent and succession management
Self-motivated with effective planning and organization skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self starter, independent, meticulous and a fast learner
