Update of Personal Particulars

You may update your personal particulars via the following channels:

i)  Public Mutual Online (PMO); or 

ii) Submit the Request for Update of Investor Particulars Form to Public Mutual Head Office, Customer Service Centres or any Public Mutual branch.

For security reasons, unitholders are required to personally submit the request to update mobile phone number at Public Mutual's Head Office, Customer Service Centres or any Public Mutual branch.

You are required to submit your request to update or remove your foreign personal information at Public Mutual's Head Office, Customer Service Centres or any Public Mutual branch.
